An easy way to be stress free is to treat life a game. The bumps on the rough road of life become enjoyable when we insulate ourselve with shock absorbers of inner powers against stressful conditions
In order to destress, mere knowledge and desires will not suffice, if we lack inner strength to do it. If an angry person can disturb others by the power of his anger, why should not a peaceful person influence others through the power of peace?
The solution to stress lies in the management of the mind, which is a very potent but misused faculty. We need to guard against the four “C’s” – competition, comment, comparison and criticism and develop our inner powers of peace, love and happines.
Our artificial needs give rise to greed and we feed our minds with negative things. When our inner spirit gets polluted, negative speech and action will give sorrow. Hence, the cure lies in having positive thoughts.
An easy way to be stress free is to reduce our desires.
Relax and be easy. Breathe deeply and slow down your thoughts. Take a break. Reschedule.
Ask for an extension on due date or deadline. It’s not the end of the world if one deadline is missed, especially if it is self-imposed.

Lower your stress levels. Realise that there is enough time to do whatever you want in your day, your week and your life.
