Finding your passion
1. Recognize that there are no rules, there are only guidelines. Free yourself from restrictiveness by playfully crafting along guidelines – which light the path and allow you to flow.
2. Be willing to experiment and “get it wrong” as that is the pathway to “getting it right.” What is “wrong” anyway? Just a lesson along the path to rejoicing.
3. “Do-Overs” DO exist, they aren’t just for children’s games, they are also the way to grown up child-like successes.
4. While there are some places where teams, scores, points, rankings, et al matter, there are also many places where they don’t – focus on what makes lifts your spirits.
5. You only need a handful of colors to make all the colors your heart desires. Not only that, there are more ways to mix the colors then with the hand – I learned that from my “son” George in “Sunday in the Park with George and the life of Georges Seurat.
6. A stitch in time really DOES save nine, and there is value to both saving AND spending time.
7. Loving yourself pays dividends even higher than #4 and in fact, tends to exponentially increase #4. The lesson: Love leads to lifted spirits and Self Love leads to an increase for all.
8. Expressing YOUR personal giftedness instead of being a cookie
cutter for someone else WILL lead you to both success and unlimited
joy.
9. The apostle Paul was right in writing, “Love never fails.” It may be expressed differently from your expectation AND it will never,
ever fail you. Ever.
10. Gratitude, Forgiveness, Creativity, Trust, Collaboration,
Commitment, Passion, Love and Conscious Action are a wellspring from which all flows.
