Wherever possible, have some relaxing music playing in the background. This will power up your RIGHT brain up and bring your brain waves down to the ALPHA level for you to work faster. You will be only focusing on the completion of your goals and nothing around you matters.

When you are relaxed, you are now in the solution focus state and you are gaining the power to take action. You will be able to search into your subconscious mind to find the needed solution to complete your process. All you have to do is to surrender and take actions when needed.
