Baby Steps To Extreme Mind Power Rotating Header Image

A 22 Day Challenge

Read the words, take them into your heart and mind.
Repeat, both as you get up and right before you go
to bed, each day for 22 days. If you miss a day, start
your 22 days over the next day.

If it is more convenient for you, print it out and put it
in a prominent place like your bathroom mirror.

In 22 days, it will be a powerful tool and become the
most brilliant magnet for magnificence and joy in
your life.

I commit…

To be so strong that nothing
can disturb my peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness, and
prosperity to every person I
meet.

To make all my friends feel that
there is something worthwhile
in them.

To look at the sunny side of
everything and make my optimism
come true.

To think only of the best,
to work only for the best
and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about
the success of others as I am
about my own.

To forget the mistakes of the past
and press on to the greater
achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression
at all times and give a smile to
every living creature I meet.

To give so much time to improving
myself that I have no time to
criticize others.

To be too large for worry,
too noble for anger, too strong
for fear, and too happy to permit the
presence of trouble.

To think well of myself and to
proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud word, but in great
deeds.

To live in the faith that the whole
world is on my side, so long as I am
true to the best that is in me.

The Optimist Creed was written in 1912 by Chistian
D. Larson, appearing in his book “Your Forces and
How to Use Them. Optimist International adopted it
as thei creed in 1922. Many have found inspiration
in The Optimist Creed. In hospitals, the creed has
been used to help patients recover from illness. In
locker rooms, coaches have used it to motivate their
players.

A quote from that book:

“We are here to become great men and women, and
with that purpose in view, we must eliminate
everything in our religion and philosophy that tends
to make the human mind a dependent weakling. If
you would serve God and be truly religious, do not
kneel before God, but learn to walk with God, and
do something tangible every day to increase the
happiness of mankind. This is religion that is worth
while, and it is such religion alone that can please
the Infinite.”
