Doing affirmations and visualization at this level speeds up your dreams, cuts out worrisome thought and empowers creative envisioning.

Now that you have a affirmation, putting it to use is as simple as can be. All you need to do is speak it aloud with conviction. Don’t be timid. Feel the power of your voice and speak as if you are commanding a magic genie who will bring you whatever you desire. Once you have spoken

How to Use Your affirmation

your affirmation aloud with unwavering conviction and resolve, you’ve done all that’s needed.

Speak your affirmation just before going to sleep at night and upon waking in the morning. Then form the habit of repeating it at regular intervals throughout the day. If you find yourself in front of a mirror, gaze directly into the reflection of your own eyes and repeat your affirmation with firm confidence.

Then, as you go about your daily life, pay close attention to all the things you think and say. Be alert for negative thoughts or words that will send conflicting commands to your subconscious mind. They will undo the positive force of your affirmation, so when you detect them, stop, take a deep breath, and cancel the negative thoughts or words by speaking your affirmation with steadfast resolve.

Of course, if you are in the presence of other people, you can’t all of a sudden blurt out, “I desire happiness, power, and prosperity right now!” All that’s needed is to repeat your affirmation inwardly and contemplate the meaning of the words. Since it isn’t reinforced by the power of the voice, a mantra isn’t quite as effective as a spoken affirmation, but it will get splendid results nevertheless.

Focus on the End Result

When you’re using a affirmation, an important thing to remember is this: when you command the subconscious mind, you must focus only on the end result which you desire. Never try to dictate how subconsciousness will accomplish its miracles.

The subconscious mind is far more clever and resourceful than you can possibly imagine. If it is headed off in one direction, it is not discouraged and does not give up, for it knows that there are ten thousand other ways to achieve a desired goal. If, through your own thoughts and preconceptions, you try to tell the subconscious mind how to do its work, you will only limit its options and restrict the magic which can unfold.

The subconscious realm of your mind is a magnificent thing. It takes great delight in working to accomplish literally anything you desire. Desire is a very strong force, and when you use it to stimulate the subconscious mind into action, it will be thrilled to bring you your heart’s desire in ways you never dreamed possible.

Another thing you should know is this: the subconscious realm of the mind does not judge your thoughts before it responds to them. It does not differentiate between pain or pleasure, sorrow or happiness, grief or joy. A better way to state it is, no feelings or emotions are pleasant or unpleasant to the subconscious mind. Its job is to transform thought patterns into matter — all thought patterns. And it couldn’t possibly do the job it is meant to do if it were to first judge your thoughts good or bad, happy or unhappy, worthy or unworthy.

In short, the wonderfully simple secret which can help everybody achieve whatever they desire is this: change your thought patterns, and you change your life. If you think thrilling thoughts, the subconscious mind will flood your life with thrilling things, instead of the miserable things in life.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Powerful mind power techniques should cover using affirmations and visualization focusing end results. Our mind floats off with cutting thoughts whilst doing these exercise. How to maintain your focus during these exercises.
Your mind is the most powerful when your brain waves is traveling at Alpha level. Doing affirmations and visualization at this level speeds up your dreams, cuts out worrisome thought and empowers creative envisioning.
Through daily practices using this powerful mind power technique you find yourself transform within weeks into a person who dares to explore the unknown.
"Right now" at the end of your command tells your subconscious mind when you want things to happen: NOW. It tells your subconscious mind to get busy
Simple Exercise to Unify Your Mind
There’s a very simple mental exercise that can help you accomplish how to talk to your subconscious mind. It takes only a few minutes, so I suggest that you repeat it every month of so. Sit down and make a written list of the things you desire most. Don’t reason as to what you
How to talk to your subconscious Mind
ought to want. Instead, jot down your desires quickly, including everything that comes to mind.
Now examine your list carefully and ask yourself what rewards each of your stated desires must bring you. The rewards are what you’re really after, so write them down also. For example, if you wrote, “I desire a better job,” what you really want are the rewards of a better job. Maybe you want the fulfillment that comes from putting to good use special talents and training you have. Perhaps you want a bigger paycheck and the feeling of security that comes with that. Or maybe you want the pleasure of working in a friendly, relaxed environment.
The rewards you want should always be expressed in terms of feelings. Feelings, both bitter and sweet, are the fruits of your lifetime experience. They are the prize. When you depart this world,you leave behind your material treasures. But your feelings remain with you always. So choose with care those which you wish to have as lasting companions.
Now review your list of desires and the rewards you wish to achieve. Read it top to bottom, and as you do, search for just two or three words or phrases to summarize everything. This may seem impossible at first. But once you look closely, you’ll see groups of seemingly different desires and rewards all aimed to a common goal. Separate your desires into two or three such groups and find a word or phrase to capsulize each one. To use a simple example, if you desire a better house, an expensive automobile, and a new wardrobe, the fundamental goal behind all three is abundance or prosperity.
Create a Short, Simple Command For Your subconscious mind
By now you should have a clear picture of your fundamental goals, so put them all together and state them in a brief command. Make the command positive, short, and to the point. For example, “I demand happiness, power, and prosperity right now.” And there you have it. When your command is spoken aloud, it becomes a mantram, or plainly stated, a device you can use to stimulate your subconscious mind into action.”
The word power is a good one, because it will help bring about health, strength, and vitality in your physical body. And on a mental level, it will empower you to become master of your own destiny. “Right now” at the end of your command tells your subconscious mind when you want things to happen: NOW. It tells your subconscious mind to get busy immediately manifesting your desires
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Most of the time our conscious mind comes in cause a disbelief and tells us it silly and impossible to achieve such a dream. Now what happens ? Do we give up or continue to act silly?

Well most achievers act silly. They always live beyond the norm and limitations. The trick is easy, just shut out your conscious brain and let your subconscious mind goes to work.

It tells and powers you that nothing is impossible. Keep forming the thought consistently and do not waver and you can find some dreams turn into reality within 30 days or shorter..

Your subconscious mind is a willing and eager servant whom you command by way of your thought patterns.

Whether you realize it or not, you create and shape your life with your thoughts or subconscious mind power. All things that become part of your physical reality are first created in the mind from the raw material called thought. Because it is an instrument of thought, a mantram is a tool which you can use to help shape your life as you wish it to be.

the power of your subconscious mind

“There is a slight difference between the words mantra and mantram. Both are taken from a Sanskrit word meaning instrument of thought. The difference is this: a mantram is a vocalized instrument of thought, while a mantra is silent.”

Now, in order to use mantrams to your advantage, you need to first understand the subconscious mind and how it works. Nowadays, the term subconscious mind is one that’s frequently heard but seldom understood. Instead of subconsciousness, the lamas use a word that could be translated as superconsciousness — consciousness of a higher order. The job of the superconscious mind is to take thought, which is pure energy, and give it physical shape in the material world.

The important thing for you to remember is this: your superconscious mind or your subconscious mind is a willing and eager servant whom you command by way of your thought patterns. When you think a thought, you issue a command. Your servant obeys by manifesting the thought in the physical world where it becomes the things and events in your life. Thus, physical reality is a mirror of your thought patterns. Change your thought patterns, and you change the reflection in the mirror. In other words, you change your life.

This concept, as simple as it is, is a stumbling block for many people. They point to some unhappy or even tragic event in their lives and refuse to believe that they could have created it with their own thoughts.

But if you examine your thoughts closely, you’re likely to discover negative patterns competing with positive ones. In one breath you’ll say, “I want to achieve happiness.” But in the next breath you’ll give yourself a thousand and one reasons to be unhappy: your job is stressful; the weather is unpleasant; bills are piling up; you’re overweight; the neighbors are noisy; you are late for an appointment; and on and on. So while your stated goal is happiness, your thoughts are working overtime to create just the opposite.

A mantram is something you can use to unify your thought patterns and bring them into alignment with your highest and best desires. To start using this powerful tool to tap in the power of the mind, you must first clearly identify the rewards which life is to deliver to your doorstep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once you understand the power of the subconscious mind and how simple to command it, you just get to improve your life and lives around you.
Through daily practice you will achieve a strongly disciplined mind filled with powerful thoughts with magnetic power to attract anything you want in life.
Just keep on tapping into the power of your subconscious mind and do the many successful man in the past and present do.
How to get unstuck to revert in the band of creative thinking. Remember that any anxiety you feel about being stuck is simply related to inaction. The first step toward getting unstuck is making a move.
If you’re feeling immobilized in an area of your life – relationships, career, finances, a creative project, or while trying to accomplish an important goal, this info should help. Here’s what to do:
First of all, it’s important to remember that the thing you need to do most in preparation for getting unstuck is the opposite of what most people do – you need to stop beating yourself up. Yup, that means being kind to yourself in spite of your stuckness. It means accepting your
how to get unstuck
feelings of hopelessness so you can stop using so much precious energy trying to push these feelings away. And it means embracing the total you – the person with good intentions, the one who takes action now and then, and the one who keeps tripping you up. The message is simple: Don’t resist your stuckness – it only keeps you stuck.
Once you embrace your situation, you’re ready for three behavior changes:
1. Take back your power. One of the biggest mistakes we make when feeling stuck is telling ourselves that our inability to move forward is due solely to outside circumstances – a lack of money, too many problems, or the influence of other people, for example. All of us will be faced with real-life challenges. That’s a fact. But our place of power always lies in the recognition that we have choices. They may be tough choices like selling a home to relieve financial pressure or walking away from an abusive relationship to reclaim our self-esteem, but never mistake tough choices with having no choice at all. You always have choices.
2. Manage your mind. Feeling stuck is first and foremost fueled by our state of mind – the thoughts we think from moment to moment. When we feel unmotivated, it’s because we’re thinking unmotivated thoughts. When we feel trapped, it’s because we consistently tell ourselves that there are no options. When we feel hopeless, there’s a good chance that the mantra running through our mind is something like: “Why bother?” So, the key to turning this self-defeating habit around is to take control of your thoughts. Easier said than done, I know. Rather than offer an elaborate process for doing so, try this simple technique. For one whole week, take a tip from my sister Michelle who instills the following message in her kids, and repeat this phrase throughout the day:
I CAN DO ANYTHING!
Regardless of whether or not you believe it or whether it seems rational, do it anyway. Say it to yourself when you first wake up, repeat it in your mind while brushing your teeth, sing it to yourself while driving to work or getting the kids ready for school. Then, keep at it through lunch and dinner, all the way up to when you fall asleep. Just keep telling yourself that you can do anything and notice how your mood and perspective shifts.
3. Keep good company. Every successful person I’ve ever spent time with has surrounded themselves with highly motivated people. As a matter of fact, just this morning as I watched Queen Latifah on The Actor’s Studio talk about how to stay motivated while building an acting career, her first response was just that, “Surround yourself with motivated people who are just as committed as you.”
People who feel stuck tend to associate with people who like to commiserate about the unfairness of the world. This is a recipe for disaster – you all stay stuck together. Find people who are up to something big and who feel excited about life and spend your time with them. If you don’t have anyone, consider joining or starting a Life Makeover Group. It’s free and it’s a great way to meet like-minded new friends (you’ll find more info here).
Finally, if you’re really ready to move forward, get help. Remember that any anxiety you feel about being stuck is simply related to inaction. The first step toward getting unstuck is making a move. Hate your job? Contact a recruiter or job counselor today and find out how to start a job change. Faced with financial pressure? Call your accountant, financial planner, or credit counseling service and ask for help in putting a recovery plan in place. Are you going to fail along the way? Of course. Will you lose motivation now and then? You can bet on it. But the key is to get started. Getting unstuck is only one tiny step away from where you are right this minute. All you need to do is move your feet
Take Action Challenge
1. Choose one area of your life that you’d like to change and identify three choices you do have available to you right now. If you can’t come up with any, ask someone for help.
2. Create a new screensaver that marches the words “I CAN DO ANYTHING!” across your screen. If you’re not sure how to do this, let your first step be requesting help from someone who knows how (try a teenager).
3. Pick up the phone and schedule lunch, dinner, tea, or a catch-up conversation with a highly motivated friend who will support you in your quest for positive change. Ask him or her for help in creating a 5-step plan of action.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Stress Demand and Anxiety put one mind straight into the Box. You can swing your door back into your mental of creativeness and start to fill your mind with hope

After all, you wouldn’t want your achievement machine
engaged in work that had no meaning to you.

Next, you would need to provide your achievement machine
with plenty of good, quality fuel so it could do its work.
You would also have to keep it properly maintained
so it would stay in top working condition.

And in return, your amazing achievement machine would use its
considerable power and flexibility to bring you the things you desire.
As long as you were clear about what you wanted and supplied
your goal achievement machine with care and nourishment,
it would perform truly amazing feats.

Alas, you cannot purchase such a machine.
But the good news is that you don’t need one.

For you already have a spectacularly effective
achievement machine at your disposal,
in the form of your mind and body.
The fact is, within you is the best achievement
machine that could ever be imagined.

Give that achievement machine clear,
detailed instructions along with plenty
of quality fuel and careful maintenance.
And it will surely find a way to
reach any goal you set before it.

*~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~*

“What we don’t need to know for achievement,
we need to know for our pleasure.
Knowing how things work is the basis for appreciation,
and is thus a source of civilized delight.”

10 Ways To Manage Your Inner Critic

Constructive Self Awareness

1. The inner critic is a voice of chastisement. Before you react, listen carefully. How does it speak and what is it saying? Does it speak truth? Acknowledging self-doubt and identifying means of change can quiet an overactive inner critic.

how to silence the inner critic

2. Realize your inner critic is a voice within you, but is not the whole of you. It is often the echo of advice given long ago by parents, teachers, well-meaning friends, and even enemies. Let go of that which is no longer pertinent.

3. Praise yourself. Each time your inner critic attempts to discount your ideas or skills, counter it by expressing a positive statement about yourself. Write it down and display it somewhere prominent so you see it often.

4. The inner critic begins as a protector but can become a destroyer when it leads to self-punishment. When you feel your inner critic has become a stumbling block on the path of creative thinking, identify the underlying fear. Understand that avoiding vulnerability is not worth sacrificing creativity.

5. Disregard what you ’should’ have done. Comparing yourself to others means you are judging yourself according to standards that do not reflect who you are. Accept your individuality and the uniqueness of your actions.

6. Your inner critic won’t be able to exert itself when confronted by opposing voices. Spending time with people who boost your confidence can help you recognize positive aspects within yourself that you might not otherwise notice.

7. Talk back. When your inner critic remains unchallenged, you have no choice but to listen. Instead of accepting its assertions, examine them, accept only those that are valid, and disregard the rest.

8. Looking at yourself from the perspective of an objective third party can help you root out illogical criticism. Your inner critic tends to blow fear out of proportion, but you have the power to see beyond that fear by appraising it at a distance.

9. It can be difficult to notice gratitude when overcome with inner criticism. Instead of dwelling on what you have not accomplished, focus on the kind words and appreciation you receive for the tasks you complete each day.

10. Turn your inner critic into a life coach. The inner critic can be a source of positive feedback and helpful guidance when you begin to replace derision with constructive criticism.

Instead, turn to face the problem, work your way through it,and then it will never be able to hold you back again.

What does freedom mean

The path to freedom is not through avoidance and denial. For that strategy only ends up heaping more trouble on top of the trouble that’s already there.

The path to freedom is through truth, acceptance, effort and determination.

There is no problem that can survive such a positive onslaught.

Though it is a pain, though it is an inconvenience, though it is messy and complicated, though it may be embarrassing, go ahead and deal with it.

The sooner you deal with a problem, the less of your precious life it will steal from you.

The problems you ignore, avoid, and deny grow stronger. The problems you deal with disappear.

So which outcome would you prefer? Choose to promptly deal with it, and choose to be truly free.

Steps on how to overcome obstacles No matter how bad things are, someone is in greater need of help. Ask yourself who that is. As you reach out to help them, the problem, or a layer of it if it is chronic, will dissolve. Don't deny..

13 things to do in DIFFICULTY

When life gets tough, here are some things that can make a difference:

1. From the deepest part of you, open your heart and ask for help from those around you and from Heaven.

How to overcome obstacles

2. Sit quietly a moment. Imagine yourself in God’s arms being held and loved. Open your mind and experience the peace of God.

3. Whatever the issue, take the long view. Look at the Big Picture. See this in the context of this month, the year, the decade, your whole life, from your soul’s perspective of learning, healing, and your purpose.

4. Look at this time right now from the view of your eternal spirit. Understand that the biggest crises can be the biggest births.

Vision can open for you now if you realize that it is possible. A new and better way can begin.

5. Trust that it will all turn out for the very best. Trust works paradoxically. It takes the worst situations and begins to unfold them, so that everything turns out in the best possible way.

6. Recognize what you could give to make the situation better.

Give it wholeheartedly.

7. No matter how bad things are, someone is in greater need of help. Ask yourself who that is. As you reach out to help them, the problem, or a layer of it if it is chronic, will dissolve. Don’t deny your problem. Just don’t let it stop you from responding to a greater call for help. You and the person helped will both be moved into a flow. If you are in major crises or a chronic problem, you can give through it to each person that comes to your mind and respond to them till the problem dissolves.

8. Forgive yourself. Forgive everyone in the situation. Forgive your partner, your parents, and God. It is grievances that stop the miracles.

9. Appreciation generates flow. Call or visit three people to tell them what you specifically appreciate about them.

Write a letter to a former teacher, coach, friend, or family member to let them know how much you appreciate them.

Make a list of what you appreciate in your life, what you appreciate about your partner or the closest person to you. Make a list of what you appreciate about yourself.

10. However distracting or involving, the situation that is plaguing you hides a major gift. Be curious about what that is. Do not stop till you know and embrace it. This situation is merely a defense to hide the gift. If you embrace the gift, the defense will dissolve.

11. Choose the best possible outcome, and put the power of your mind behind It. Set your mind, and do not stray from this course.

Keep faith in this, as otherwise you will pay for putting your faith in anything less than success.

12. In spite of your fear and anxiety, calm yourself down, center yourself and listen. You can ask your higher mind to center you. Each time you do this, you will become successively more peaceful. The answer is already within you. All you need do is listen within yourself for it. The more peaceful you are, the more the answer becomes an immediate solution.

13. Ask for a miracle!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
No crisis is too hot for you to cool down. Just learn to build discipline into your character, you will find your obstacles dissolving in pieces. Find steps to life changing results in 30 days
