			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Positive Self Talk is similar to an Affirmation, yet a step beyond Affirmations leading yourself towards positive thinking</p>
<p><span id="more-311"></span></p>
<p>Positive Self Talk is more like an intuitive, deliberate, and seriously Positive conversation one has with their own self. It is deliberate, forcefully repetitive, and seriously Positive.</p>
<p>The most important rule in practicing Positive Self Talk is that everything must be Strongly Positive. It is forcefully feeding the mind a constant flow of positive words, phrases, ideas, attitudes, and beliefs for as long as you can keep it up. Do this while driving to work, waiting for a bus, waiting for an appointment.</p>
<p>Do it every morning, for a half hour.  Instead of reading something written, try calling on your own inner source and intuition for positive thinking. Just start producing positive words, phrases, sentences in your mind.</p>
<p>To get started, keep presenting your mind with the task of creating a positive word, phrase, or sentence. Hold this task in front of your mind every second. Every second, keep telling your mind to, &#8220;Produce Positive &#8230;&#8221; and let it fill in the blank. If the response is anything but Positive, then your mind didn&#8217;t answer the task. Instantly present the task again, without even the smallest thought of the previous response.</p>
<p>Once the process gets going, watch your natural intuition for Positive Thinking take off on a theme of some kind&#8211;a spiritual theme, a financial theme, a relationship theme. Go with it. Keep soliciting strong positive information about anything.</p>
<p>This technique will eventually require some level of consciousness, or ability to observe what your own mind is doing. Otherwise, you will unwittingly just slip off the task. In this sense it is a bit beyond simple affirmations, and more like a meditation. You will need the ability to observe what your own mind is producing second by second, while rejecting anything other than Positive words, and simultaneously stay on task with the directive&#8211;&#8221;Produce Positive &#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>Like a meditation, you must stay focused on one and only one task over and over for as long as you can keep it up. Watch how wonderfully beautiful and creative your inner Positive Intuition becomes!</p>

You might be feeling the soft breeze on your face, smelling a baby&#8217;s hair or eating an apple &#8211; but whatever you are doing, you&#8217;re not lost in thoughts of the past or future, but fully alive in the here-and-now. Right now, let your thoughts slow down and drift past without grabbing hold of them, and bring yourself into this unique moment. What can you see, hear, feel or smell right now? How does your body feel? What is happening around you? Can you feel the magic?</p>
<p><span id="more-90"></span></p>
<p> 2. Next time you are in a crowded place &#8211; perhaps a queue, busy shopping street, railway station or cafe ! &#8211; spend a few minutes looking around at the faces around you, seeing everyone here as part of you. Gaze at each person, accepting them totally as an aspect of yourself. See Spirit, God, Goddess, Divine, the Universe in each of them. Surround each person in white light, sending them your love. Allow yourself to merge with them all, experiencing your Oneness. Be aware (beware) of any &#8216;better than&#8217; or &#8216;less than&#8217; judgments that might pass through your mind, and remind yourself that in judging others, you judge yourself.</p>
<p> 3. Start simplifying your life.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t know where to start grab pen and paper, and ask yourself: &#8220;What do I need to do to simplify my life?&#8221; Listen to your heart and be open to whatever answers will come.</p>
<p>Be open for the possibility of making big changes – such as moving to a smaller home, leaving the city, resigning from your job or going part-time, or throwing out your entire wardrobe.</p>
<p>Or you might feel moved to take small, easy steps at first- such as not listening to the news, shopping less often, or limiting your wardrobe to two or three basic colors, which suit you.</p>
<p>Trust your heart &#8211; and take action!</p>
<p> 4. Spend time in silence in nature.</p>
<p>Use all your senses.</p>
<p>Smell the air, the earth and the flowers.</p>
<p>Listen to the birds, the insects and the wind.</p>
<p>Observe everything as if it was for the first time in your life.</p>
<p> 5. For 24 hours choose to have an attitude of YES.</p>
<p>Anything that comes your way, find the YES to it.</p>
<p>If you like it, say YES. If you don&#8217;t, say YES. Even if you have a NO, say YES to your NO.</p>
<p>Check your mood and energy at the end of the experiment and if you like it extend the experiment for another 24 hours, another week, another month&#8230;</p>

<p>An easy way to be stress free is to treat life a game.  The bumps on the rough road of life become enjoyable when we insulate ourselve with shock absorbers of inner powers against stressful conditions</p>
<p>In order to destress, mere knowledge and desires will not suffice,  if we lack inner strength to do it.  If an angry person can disturb others by the power of his <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anger" title="Anger" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink">anger</a>,  why should not a peaceful person influence others through the power of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace" title="Peace" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink">peace</a>?</p>
<p>The solution t<a href="http://simplemindpower.com" title="Keys to Extreme Wealth">o<strong> stress lies in the management of the mind, </strong></a> which is a very  potent but misused faculty.  We need to guard against the four &#8220;C&#8217;s&#8221; &#8211; competition, comment, comparison and criticism and develop our inner powers of peace, love and happines.</p>
<p>Our artificial needs give rise to greed and we feed our minds with negative things.  When our inner spirit gets polluted,  negative speech and action will give sorrow.  Hence, the cure lies in having positive thoughts.</p>
<p>An easy way to be stress free is to reduce our desires.</p>
<p>Relax and be easy.  Breathe deeply and slow down your thoughts.  Take a break.  Reschedule.</p>
<p>Ask for an extension on due date or deadline.  It&#8217;s not the end of the world if one deadline is missed, especially if it is self-imposed.</p>
<p><strong>Thought for reflection</strong><br />
Lower your stress levels.  Realise that there is enough time to do whatever you want in your day, your week and your life.</p>

<p>Off late news, Britney Spears had lost her custody of her children.  She has gone into a series of high risk moves. Spears was charged last month with hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August. Britney is also deemed  a ““habitual, frequent and continuous”” user of drugs and alcohol.</p>
<p>Can we review why such an intelligent, wealthy girl is being spiral down into a pit of negativity.Can she get out of it? It there a way out of this?</p>
<p>Anyone of us can be like her when we start to lose our focus, we will be peaking out,  mostly in our stress band.  In the stress band, all of your thoughts are irrational.  Any actions out of this outcome can be destructive.  The actions can be injurious and critical. We end up doing the wrong things and blaming it on a string of bad luck.  Is that really true? Or we are responsible for the bad luck appearing in our lives as we have attracted them indefinitely?</p>
<p>Now how do we get out of this?<br />
Regain our focus.<br />
The instantaneous techniques of regaining our focus is getting into a relax state.  At this state, your brain waves are traveling at 8- 14 cycles per second. All of your thoughts can be achieved at this state.  Our mind is clear of stress and worries at the Alpha level.  You will be having an empty mind.  With an empty mind,  you will be living in the moment where you can focus on what is in priority.  You will know what is right for you as you can feel within your inner self that the outcome will make you feel good.</p>
<p>Counting your blessings frequently.<br />
We take things for granted. All the abundance around us, goodness we have received, friends around us often go unnoticed.  Start counting your blessings and these blessings will stay with you for a long long time.  Show your gratitude by saying “thank you” is the utmost way of counting your blessings. Showing your gratitude often builds a relationship between us and the Creator.<br />
The Law of Universe will work faster to assist us in getting our solutions.</p>
<p>Get a guided track to clear you daily stress debris out of your system.  You do not need to understand how or why it work.  Just do it consistently and in a few days or weeks, you will be traveling in a calm band for you to peak at optimum performance.</p>
